Unusual to Ireland but incredibly versatile and robust, known to withstand far beyond our lowest temperatures. Good option for city scapes with its narrow, conical, upright habit; it grows well in medium gardens, has lovely butter yellow Autumn colour, and will eventually produce good acorns for feeding wildlife.
